It rides on top of the field service system a company already runs (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and the like) and recovers the work that gets noticed in the field but never sold. On every visit a technician sees work that needs doing, and most of it walks out the door, because capturing it would turn the technician into a salesperson. Mentat captures it from a sixty-second voice memo, prices it, and drafts the follow-up estimate back into that same system for one person to approve. The technician does less, not more, and gets credited for what they noticed.
